let's connect
My work is guided by Faith and my heart seeks to serve my community by making a seat at the table for all.
I am dedicated to inclusivity and representation in the industry, and I work hard to advocate for all couples and celebrate their stories, traditions and culture.
If you're looking for an adventure: welcome and I look forward to working with you!

Pronouns: he/him
Hi there! My name is Liam and I grew up in New Jersey and recently relocated to the PNW with my fiancé, Gwen. I love surfing, camping, and exploring the State's Coastal Forests with my partner.
I bring fifteen years of experience as a banquet server and event host providing excellent customer service to clients and guests alike.
While I take much pride in my ability to setup and breakdown banquet tables and decor and providing food and beverage service with efficiency, years of work in the nonprofit social service sector have honed my active listening skills, ensuring your event is not only tailored to your needs but a memorable and enjoyable experience for guests.
Pronouns; She/Her
Hi there, I'm Kelsey! I'm half Brazilian and half British but I grew up in Ecuador. I've called the PNW home since 2019 and I hope to do so for many more years to come!
In the past, I've been a private investigator, a translator and worked in customer success but I love love and I'm thrilled to be part of your wedding day. When I'm not working, you'll find me eating my way through as many Oregon food establishments as possible or hiking and swimming somewhere in this gorgeous state.
Pronouns; She/Her
Hey hey! Originally a CO native, I moved to Portland a year ago and haven’t looked back!
I have an extensive background in customer service with over 16 years of that spent in the restaurant industry. When I'm not working I enjoy, crafting and art, reading, performing improv, and travel.
My favorite thing about event planning is the coming together of community in shared joy. At the end of the day it’s about people.
