My favorite thing is hanging out with my husband Nathaniel, our daughter, Aurelia and our sweet dog, Finn. You can usually find me finding the best dessert in any city we visit.

Hey there - my name is Hayley! I grew up in Nevada City, CA and moved to Portland in 2016 for school where I met my husband, Tyler. I love my orange cat Theodore, going on walks, coffee shops, calling my Mom, traveling with my family, and the PNW Upper Peninsula.
I've worked in events for many years - starting with LG electronics, Secret Supper, a local Portland wedding venue, and now primarily working in large scale corporate A/V events and brand retail/consumer events.
Attention to detail is my jam, and advocating for my clients is second nature to me. I pride myself in being one step ahead (as much as I possibly can) and want any excuse to break-out my event emergency kit. I am sincerely looking forward to supporting you and your special event!

I bring fifteen years of experience as a banquet server and event host providing excellent customer service to clients and guests alike.
While I take much pride in my ability to setup and breakdown banquet tables and decor and providing food and beverage service with efficiency, years of work in the nonprofit social service sector have honed my active listening skills, ensuring your event is not only tailored to your needs but a memorable and enjoyable experience for guests.

Professionally, I’ve worked in events throughout California and Oregon for several years. I absolutely love the unique energy and excitement each event brings.
